One of my alarm remotes have failed and so I need to replace it. In order to do so I require the brand of my remote which I've looked everywhere for but can't find. My remote as below:

Hopefully my alarm (around 1999 time) is common and someone has setup on their car too can help me out.
Cheers :)
it's a dynamco remote, the led light is green right?
they are widely avail, you buy one and program the new one onto your existing system.

yes the light is green. so i would easily get it replaced yea?
your a life saver
very very easy.
Any car alarm place will be able to get hold of them even if they don't sell this brand. Dynamco and Autowatch are 2 most popular ones out there.

there's one click = accesories
second click = ignition
third = Start
don't worry, i've had worse questions! much worse!
just look on your diagram.... i'm sure it 9 turns.

those dynamco alarms have that code hopping shit.... maybe.. never tried.
turn it to ign.
I usually just alternate between ign and acc position for the progamming mode, no need to twist the key all the way to off position
these dynamco all have code hopping since the early-mid 1990s.

they do have the code hopping thing, i tried to use the learning one but it didn't work. My one still worked but the case was broken so i just super glued it when i sold the car. Good to know i can get actual replacement for those. I went to Jay car and they only had the learning ones or a blank case but not that shape so i couldn't transfer the chip
