is this my fan belt

as dumb as this sound but im pretty sure this is my fan belt however can someone confirm? if not what is it? and how hard is it to replace? can i just loosen it with a bolt or something?

No. Your fan is a thermo fan (electric).

to replace.
take off all belts
take off engine mount.
take off crank pulley.
i'm pretty sure you have to loosen the power steering bracket as well to get the belt off and on.
undo tensioner.
take off belt.
do the timing
put on belt
do up the tensioner
then put everythign back on.
lol.

isn't the arrow pointing to the power steering drive belt? should be just a 12mm(?) adjusting nut

undo the 2 12mm bolts on the side of the mount
just loosen
and unscrew the tensioner
and it should come off.
