Call up a local Honda dealer's spare parts department and ask for a price.

Perhaps he wants to remove it from his car for performance reasons, and sell it.
Most euro's are still under warranty anyways.

it's knocking on full lock both side, knocking as loud as someone knocking at your door, i tried that once at a busy petrol station and everyone looking at me like my engine gonna blow.

^^
As EuroDude said have you tired replacing the power steering fluid, if you have not try doing this first a bottle of 1L honda power steering fluid is all you need 1hr max of your weekend to perform the DIY change.
Total cost of the change will be 16bux (with some free stuff laying around the house)

Get a good steering and suspension place to check it out like Heasmans in Sydenham.

Power steering fluid does not go "off" in such a short span of time unlike the other fluids (unless you left the cap off). Petsfact, does the knocking sound happen when you are moving or stationary?

i agree that the power steering fluid should not go "off" in such a short period of time however for 16bux it can't hurt trying the cheaper options first, just to rule out that it is in fact not the power steering fluid

It could just be bad CV Joints. If the car is lowered and/or if you use power steering while the car is not moving, the CV Joints will wear down faster and cause a knocking sound around corners.
petsfact you should get the car looked at by a mech to determine the exact problem.

uhm...... the knocking sound do not occur when moving, only standing still and full lock from side to side.
It only happens when the engine bay really warm up, i.e goind round and round in car park looking for parking spot at slow speed then when you finally got a spot you tried to get into the tiny bay that require full lock.
i've got the car checked by honda will be going back to replace the power steering unit. i was told that one of the valve stop working in the power steering unit, on full lock the fluid is push to either one side at max pressure and a "valve" suppose to operate to allow the fluid flow smoothly, because the valve stop working the fluid has no way to go and the unit just keep pumping thus the kncoking noise.
Honda is nice. :)
