a good brand would be mtec they are about $350 but my bosch ones are also good neva fails top stuff
good luck on ur HID hunt mate
Just aim them lower and you wont blind people, i bought ebay kit for 170 bucks and installed em myself, was very easy. Hardest part was finding a place for the ballasts. Plug and play really.

Not in Australia they are not, you can't put in halogens in HID optics and call it a day.
I just bought it thru my friend , the brand is HID - taiwan made 6000k for$300 and paid $50 for installation, i cant be bother to install myself.

none of us are entirely sure that it is the same housing, as the singapore FD's with HID's can level everytime the car starts.

i reckon HID in 8th gen civic not as much glare as other cars that i had previously.
it's pretty good for what it is, of course it won't be as good as oem xenon that comes standard with the car.
i'd suggest you to get 4300k or 6000k.

Just wondering if this is the auto leveler or washer that people are talking about. My FD2 has this mechanism that sits in front of the bulb and can move up and down when you turn the cog. Will this help if i install HIDs? I notice the Jazz doesnt have this and you can see the whole bulb directly.
cheers
