hi everyone, thanks for the replies.

need to know if Carbing Front strut is compatible with EDFC in an EK4.

I am concerned that the front strut will block the front EDFC motors.

Would really appreciate if someone could confirm.

thanks.

The thing is, its not designed to mount somwhere specific, its up to you to decide where you would like to mount it, and you can mount it any where you like. :)

Personally, id mount it in this din thingy if it fits, and looks good in that spot-

All that would be required is to drill a small hole at the bach to run the cables through.

Drill the holes wherever you can't see them so they don't look ugly/messy.

If you take your time and remove the interior parts you need to mount it where you want to you can route wires/cables under the carpet and other trim parts and make it a very clean install.

The important thing is to lay it all out and plan where you are going to put everything before you start the install or any drilling/cutting.

I'm using the whiteline strut and the edfc and all is good,
i have a mate down the beach and he has the tein strut and edfc and it works well together. i found that the springs need to be heavier tho
9kg in front and 7kg in the back. other than that, all is good.

thanks big tone.
so whiteline and tein are edfc compatible. anyone know if Carbing front struts will allow enough room for the EDFC Motors in the engine bay?

why do you want EDFC???

How often are you going to be changing your damper rates?? I thought i'd be changing mine all the time but it doesn't happen. I've just set it to what i like and i've left it.

sell it and buy something else.

Good brakes will make you quicker round the track

EDFC just makes you lazy. lol
