When i had my 110,000kms service in Ultra tune, the mechanic said i better have engine tipping adjust and change the tappet cover gasket. however, when he open the engine, he fount he doesnt have the special tool to adjust the B16A engine. then he said i have to go Honda. He put the old tappet cover gasket back again.
Just want to know where else i can go other than Honda, cuz i think Honda must be more expenses.... and is that seriously i need that to be done shortly?

i got mine done for $80 at Hanny's performance. If you look at the DIY you can do it yourself.

what tools do you need that are special? feeler gauge x1 flat head and an open ender. Every mech should have these in his tool box

not for B series, you wont get a spanner in there. you can use a socket and extention bar but that still sucks. look in the DIY thread DXS came up with a ripper idea.
