BFYB - Exhaust System - EK B16

Looking for a decent exhaust, mainly for performance gains and not sounds.. Im after a full system, any tips or reccommendations on who to go see... it will be for an EK w/b16... cheers

what type of gains are you looking for?

will you be chasing more top end performance or more midrange etc?

if you are chasing more top end gains, then it has been well documented that jdm 4-1 headers + high flow cat + 2.5" mandrel bend piping straight through to a muffler of your choice would be pretty good bang for buck.

2.25" piping is supposedly more midrange gains.

if you dont want something too loud, then look to get yourself an xforce twinloop muffler which can be had for <200 bucks off the traders. personally i like the look of the cannons though, has a much tougher appearance.

i have no idea how much one would cost.. ? I see that the xforce muffler is approx $200, which doesn't seem bad.. but how about the rest of it?

I am considering maybe Toda Headers to go with it all, looking for noticeable gains?

and they are catback zorsts =) and they would go nice with your toda headers when u get them but they dont come cheap lol
