Ek late 98!

hey

i have a late 98 EK , im not sure if they can b a facelift model or not??

as i went to wreckers to find sum parts but the 98 pre-face didnt fit it.. he sed its the late version so it crosses over to the 99 spec?? is that true

have you got pics of your car ?

if it's late 98, it can be either prefacelift or facelift..
but if the wreckers say the prefacelift doesn't fit, then i'd assume you have facelift..

i didnt noe much about hondas wen i bough the car.. but now i realise that one side of my car which i assumed it was in an accident by the previous owner , in which he replaced thge fenders and light with the preface lift since it was a 98 version.!

but i have rear faclift and facelift taile lights ??

the rear tail lights can easily be changed if the previous owner chose to..

you'll find that the prefacelift fender and headlight won't fit a facelift car..

yer the fender and headliughts do fit but they dont sit in properly and theres a big gap between the bonnet , light and fender.

but yer i gotta get new facelifted panels and head light for it soon i guess.

if your headlights look like this then you are prefacelift:

I wouldn't look to much into the rear taillights as they will fit both facelift and prefacelift. so yeah

lol coz i remember lookin at en ek1 black with pre face lifted stuff crammed on a face lift.

got autotechnica seats in them.. haha could it be it?
