yes you can..
most models have a facelift model..
s2000, ek civic, integra, delsol etc. etc. all have a facelifted model

facelift usually just refers to a later edition of the same chassis design, but has minor or major cosmetic/performance enhancements

as tripitaka has said facelift is just a previous chassis which has had little features to it changed.
