intermittent wiper problems!

hey guys,

my intermittent wiper setting isnt working whilst the other two settings are. it wasn't a big issue at first but when i switched the wipers off it left the blades stop where they were once i switched off rather than going back to their position! wiper motor problem? the funny thing was after this problem was happening for a month or so the intermittent wiper setting starting working again for a couple of days, and now with all the rain in perth starting up, they arent WORKING AGAIN!

asked mechanic. they said big job. at least over $200? easy to fix? or not?

any suggestions?

ohh ****, $200 bucks for that?? mines doing that as well, didn't really bother me too much so I just left it

hahah 200 at the least he said! it just bugs me man gotta get my timing right when switchin it off otherwise its in my f** way! especially when its light showering and you got that 1st speed crankin. i duno just irritating now!

lol, true that I'll see if I can fix it this weekend along with my list of other crap to be done on my car =.="
