Alright i brought a 8000K HID kit Hi/Lo beam for the jazz 06, model, now i have came up with a problem where the hid will turn on when the high beam is turned turned on via the turning signal flicking thing, and the high beams, and the high beam also works at the same time, however the Hid lights do not turn on when normal beams turn on although there is current running through it i have tested this using the current tester. can anyone shed some light as to why it does not work?

*i dont know where this post belonged so i put it here mods feel free to move this thread

I've installed a couple Chinese HID's before. They were pretty straight forward although some of the sockets wouldn't click in so I had to use a fair amount of force to push em in. Are you absolutely positive you've installed them properly? And why in gods name would you want HID high beams, I mean the low beams ought to blind a couple people already...

yes i know what u mean, what i ment was that i cut the wires from the HID harness and just hooked it up the the jazz's lights the way it is suppost to, i found out which colours were what by using a tester. still no good.
