Is it possible to use different bulbs on the same ballasts by just unplugging and replug? For example, I bought HB4 HID kit then later swap to another car but the new car uses H7. Can I retain everything in the kit and just buy some H7 bulbs, then plug and play?

if it uses the same connector yes, all car HID globes are 35W... and all auto ballasts are 20,000v (22-23,000v ignitor)... so as long as theyre the same connection (most use generic two piece waterproof clip) you'll be sweet
