i think
h1 = high beam
h3 = low beam / driving light..
coz i still got the bulbs (h3) from my halo lights that i took out before..

yes you can, wont damage if installed straight and correctly.

I thought you couldnt install HID and that you would have to get the reflector set up and housing of a car that had HID's. The cutoffs and stuff are alot differnt and you cant shine HID's into peoples eyes!
Edit :- it wont damage your lights as they run cooler and also wont burn out your wiering as they run a lower voltage.

Are you 100% sure
because the headlights has a sticker that says
CAUTION no HID allowed, i don't whats the reason for it

if it says no HIDs
don't do it, because it will melt something.
someone has done it and failed.

Sicivic on the forums.
don't think his active anymore.
if it says no HID's on the aftermarket headlights that is.
I'm running 6000K HID's with my projectors(angeleyes), so far there seems to be no problems.

destrukshn is right, some ppl tried and they melted the lens. if its Japanese made, it should be ok. if its chinese or taiwanese made, its not recommended. you can still try, but in the end if smthg happens, we've tried to remind you.
its not a matter of cooler or hotter. the lens itself is not designed for HID equipped. unless, if you want to change the lens to bmw's or mercs' or 300cs' lenses which came standard with HID.
