RSM Install Issue

Hey guys, having troubles installing my RSM. I'm using that wiring diagram above. I am able to sucessfully hook up IG POWER, RPM and GROUNDING. However, when I hook up SPEED according to that diagram, the speed doesn't read. It only fluctuates between 1 - 3km/hs.

Does anyone know where else it could be located. Thanks.

you have to adjust the setup in the RSM to how many pulses. I believe the DA9 is 4 pulses.
