Need help on fixing up 94 civic

hey guys, i just got a 2nd-hand honda civic 1994 sedan with no RWC and no log book. but i got it for $4250.

i brought it for a RWC check and turns out that my gearstick bush is rubbing onto my exhaust. my front disc brakes are on minimum thickness also and oil leaks are evident. followed by a few minor problems like loose headlights, loose carpet, clutch and brake pedal pads rubber must be changed.

can anyone explain the gearstick bush please? will be sending it to the mechanic tomorrow.

here is the prices for the part you need, if you can DIY.
Gear linkage = $75 Wrecker
Pair of disc = $100 (R&E)
brake pad = $40 (R&E)
oil leak = $5 (just some degrease to wash it out)
Pedal pads = $10@
