both are "air" lines. Both control flanges/valves , with a degree of vaccum.

BTW top is the dual runner butterfly valve and the lower pic is your fuel pressure regulator.

You also have the PCV pipe to the inlet manifold (runs from the oil seperator into the inlet manifold) , and also to the charcol canister (runs off the throttle body or back of manifold) These two are " air" lines too

Yes, Lower pic is fuel pressure regulator vacuum line (constant vacuum), Top pic is short runner butterfly actuator vacuum line (loses vacuum at around 5000 RPM an up)

Why u asking anyway, Curious?
