my civic has been resprayed in a nice metallic blue with a light pearl.

i have no idea what the colour code is or how much pearl is in it.

i need my front lip and side skirt resprayed but im not sure if they can match it.

as far as i know its supposed to be BMW M3 blue. w/pearl.

its like this. but i cant find anything on it.

its 2005 bmw m3. im guessing.

someone said ask bmw but i think the paint would cost sh!t load from them.
can it be mixed or do i have to have the colour code for the car?

Yes they can,
you can just take your petrol lid to the paint shop and they can find the colour code for you or mix it until they get your colour

Most panelbeaters can't match the paint even with the paint code.

a panel beater can't match the paint without a code.. but a spray painter sure can :p well if the sprayer has a good eye.. which most of them doo.

you need a colour spectrometer, to be placed on your body panel and it analyses the colour and matches up to a factory colour code if it's a factory colour or gives you the colour composition if it's a custom colour.

Paint manufacturers state reps should have them, as well as large paint supply shops.
