Using an intercooler that's been sitting around for ages?

I got an old inercooler that a friend wants but the cooler has been sitting around for about 2 years in the shed collecting dust

Now, is there a special way to clean the inside? Or is it ok to use?
What's the go with using a cooler that's been sitting around uncovered?

Just clean the inside, spray some degreaser and run it with water i guess and let it dry.

Itll probably just be dusty inside maybe some spiders.. lol

Yep, clean it out with some degreaser & water!
If its really dirty, tape an end up with plastic & tape and spray degreaser in the other end. tape that end up and give it a good shake back and forward. Then rinse!
