Is this a common problem for a 100Kkm dc2r?

not really , it all depends on the condition of the rear engine mount how bad its going.
u can hoist up or jack up the car and check it out :)

depends on your driving style. Hard launches or shitty driving will kill your rear engine mount quicker than normal.
Time to either adjust your driving style ( dont VTEC SHIFT everywhere ) or get a stiffer rear mount , like hasport or innovative etc

to check the condition of the mount, the engine will pitch alot when you rev the engine correct?

yes it will sway back and forth. MORE so than usual.
Your gearstick will also pitch too
A way to test is - with the engine OFF open the bonnet , and grab the camcover of the engine and slowly pull/push the engine back and forth. Normally it should hardly move but a broken rear mount will give it excess movement.
