Myself and a few others installed Type R suspension for a massive improvement, while OEM NVH (noise) levels and refinement remain, and also very practical.

thx, cos i've upgraded to tein height adjustable suspensions a while ago, and heard that using aftermarket suspensions will usually have some noise.

I had koni yellow adjustables with super low king springs. looked awesome. no fender gap. ride was pretty good, but had to be careful with those speed humps.

cusco zero 2 with stiff springs ;) love them...also have a type r rear swaybar on the back, which helped heaps...don't really get any noise, apart from when the car is bouncing from one side to the other (3 wheels on the ground ) when driving up work driveway lol....
