Well not quite the reply i was looking for but thanks anyway...I got a good alignment done, but yeah was looking for more feedback from people that have the same suspension. atm i have mine set on four front and rear. fairly stiff but feels a lot better than my koni + king combo

since track dont have bumps on the tarmac you want it a bit stiffer,
i use 12 front and 11 rear for track and street and i feel the cornering like gokarting which is what i like.

hey mate, Johnny is a good guy.

I thought the BC coils were completely adjustable though, you just had to turn a knob. I know thats what my flex are like. can't you just muck around about with them?

dnyall. how do u find the BC's comparing to ur old setup?

DNYALL

right now i have front and rear set on the softest setting and it feels almost as stiff as wat my old set up felt like when set on hard. I had them set on 9 front and rear for a few days and they felt really nice. stiff but still really smooth, a much better ride than my old set-up. I will really see the difference though after i have been to the track. Then i will be able to give a good comparison

poor dnyall .. still hasnt had his question answered... you gta play around with them seriously.. start from softest and work up.
go only 2 notches up each adjustment.. and get the feel.. continue on the same road or portion of the track.. or for a whole lap. Then adjust each time.. will take some time, but will be worth it.. also write it down :D write down wat you feel etc.. den compare wat u have and add together to make your match ajhahaha

On the street i got mine on lowest front and back...

but for track days thats when i play around with them...

for track like wakefield park (fairly bumpy) i had mine set 2 : 4 (front) 6 (rear)

but yer... i dont see a need for stetting them hard for the street.. just gets way 2 bumpy (although.. u can only really feel the difference when cornering REALLY HARD which i dont do on the streets as much well try not 2)

i'd like to know pplz settings too...

my car was like a go kart wen it was lower than wat it is now... had it raised to legal height...
havent changed the damper settings...

I use to run 2 at the front and 6 at the rear, now that i lowered my car more my camber arms are hitting the strut tops more often so i turned the fronts up to 8 which stopped the hitting quite a bit!
Just play around with it to see what u like.

Well i slowly moved them up 2 notches each time and made my fastest lap when they were set on 8 rear and 9 front so yeah. My time was 1:50.5 on street tires. I was pretty happy with it. Next time i will go with semi's and hopefully be able to knock a few seconds off and get down into the 1:40's.
