Higher voltage bulbs in projectors ?

Has anyone tried this, I cbf trying to get HID set up even though it is said that it works with some after market projector headlights, Im wondering if I could put in something along the lines of Diamond vision 4300K and up.

just put a rellay kit and matted with higher wattages of the bulb.
ie standar 80W .. up to 100 W with rellay kit..

but den u have the change of melting ur headlight.

HID is better way to go .. with 6000k and only arround $150 now days.. which saves u up from lots of headache.

saw an HID kit real cheap on eBay from a reputable seller.. i'll post up tonight.

Go for HID KIT man, im using mtecs 4750k, and it seems really hot comparing with the HID kit 8000K. Im gonna get HID kit for my projectors.

Standard wattage is 55watts? Correct
HID kit is only 35watts norm. My cousin has hid kit on his car, his stock ones heats up more faster then the HID kit

I've got Phillips Diamond Vision 5000k and no probs, looks great, start up purple/blue and clear up a tiny bit after 30 sec. Visibility is great.

i got diamond visions.. colors nice but visibility isnt as good as i wanted so i wanna sell em.. but yeah i think the blue visions arent even white.. theyre not very good either.. crystals the way to go.. in between.. good mix of visibility and color aye?
