just a random question, but anyone know of any companies that make aftermarket 'higher' compression gaskets for a d15b4 dual carb?
or rather, anyone know of any gaskets from other motors that may fit?

im pretty sure d16 and d15 use the same head gasket...

i got me some x-force headers that came with aftermarket gasket...
cant really tell the difference much...

b16 is dual cam

D is single cam.

If you aren't capable of noticing the visual difference in the heads then i doubt you'll be able to remove/reinstall the head of an engine.

i never said i was removing the head myself, so it doesnt matter. that and i dont know of anyone with a b16 so how the heck would i know what a b16a head looks like compared to my d15b

i don't know anyone with a D series but i still know that the head gaskets aren't the same.

No pickin a fight man but just make sure you do your research before commiting to anything.

i figured i'd ask since on the xforce website, both their d-series and b-series exhaust manifolds state that theyre made for the b16 engine for some reason.

if u have a look at the gaskets from x-force the d,b and h series headers use gaskets that look very similar...but theres differences in thickness and pattern...
i cant remember where i saw it...i dont think it was ozhonda...but just to be sure done use anything other than whats preferred for a d-series motor...
