any common problems with the type S?
if it's stock, it shouldn't really matter if it still has factory warranty.

i know this is a noob question but wat does the factory warranty fix on? (like which parts of the car)

this is taken from the honda one website. covers extended warrenty, should also be applicable for normal warrenty too:

Engine:
Including all internally lubricated components such as: - pistons, piston pins, piston rings, crankshaft and bearings, connecting rods and bearings, camshaft and bearings, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, valve guides and seats, lash adjusters, oil pump, cylinder heads, engine mounts, exhaust manifold, inlet manifolds, fly wheel, cylinder block, sump, seals and gaskets (excluding rocker cover gaskets).
Transmission and Trans Axle Assembly:
Including all internally lubricated components such as: - gears, synchromesh assemblies, shift forks, shafts, bearing, valve bodies, governor, torque converter, clutch packs (automatic), clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch cable, pressure plate, release bearing, transmission housings, drive shafts, CV joints, seals and gaskets.
Suspension/Steering: (Front and Rear)
Including upper and lower control arms, radius arms, steering knuckles, upper and lower ball joints, shock absorbers, springs, stabiliser bars, bushings, mountings, wheel bearings, power steering including all internally lubricated components, steering rack, speed sensor, rear steering assembly and shaft (4WS), pressure pipes and hoses, pump, tie rods, seals and gaskets.
Brake System:
Including master cylinder and booster, wheel cylinders, disc brake calipers, parking brake cable, hydraulic lines and hoses, proportioning valves, anti-lock braking system (ABS), modulators, accumulator and sensors.
Fuel System:
Including carburettor, programmed fuel injection system (PGM-FI), fuel pump, fuel injectors, throttle body, sensors, fuel lines, seals and gaskets.
Cooling System:
Including radiator, cooling fans, heater unit and fans, water pump, heater control valve, sensors, switches seals and gaskets.
Genuine Honda* Air Conditioning:
Including compressor, compressor clutch, condenser, evaporator, TX valve, temperature regulator, cooling fans, pressure hoses, seals and gaskets.
Electrical:

Items Not Covered by this Warranty
* Replacement of service items including, but not limited to, tyres, batteries, spark plugs, drive belts, air, fuel and oil filters, rocker cover gaskets, brake linings/pads, wiper blades, bulbs and fuses.
* Adjustment to items including, but not limited to, tappets, ignition timing, carburettor, suspension height, wheel balance, brakes, headlights, locks and strikers, clutch cable, sunroof and window glass.
* Non genuine parts and accessories.
* Any vehicle part or accessory which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper or inadequate maintenance, or due to improper storage or transportation.
* Repairs rendered necessary or arising from the use of other than genuine Honda parts and accessories.
* Any vehicle used for competition, racing or record attempts or has been modified in any way outside the manufacturer's original design specifications.
* Any vehicle in which the odometer has been stopped, altered or does not record the actual distance travelled by the vehicle.
Damage suffered as a result of collision, fire or theft.
* Any vehicle used as a taxi, rental vehicle, police or emergency vehicle, courier vehicle or driving vehicle.
* Deterioration of any item due to normal use and exposure, unless due to a defect in workmanship or material.
* Tyres and batteries.
* Paint or body panels.
* Engine or body damage due to weather and/or road hazards.
Broken or scratched glass.
