Just wondering what speed do you shift for your manual 06/7 Civics? I know it says in the manual but just want to see how everyone else is doing it.

For me,
1st > 2nd @ 20-25 km
2nd > 3rd @ 40-45 km
3rd > 4th @ 55-60 km
4th > 5th @ ~80 km

Always do 60km in 4th gear, 80km in 5th gear, and always downshift when going downhill, no gas at all (it it bad for the engine? downshift RPM around 3000-4000 RPM)

With this gear setting, I'm able to achieve 600+ km with 40% Highway, 60% city and 500km with 20% highway 80% city.

Always use united 95 10% ethanol and now testing out Shell V Power

And I find the shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is very rough, and down shift from 3rd to 2nd is rough too and 2->1 is horrible, I have to let my clutch off very slowly, say 3 sec from fully engaged to fully released.

Any tips?

Its not a good idea to down shift into 1st unless you are stationary
And as long as you rev match properly it shouldn't be that rough while downshifting.
