View Full Version : Buddy club 4 cams + small tube header + B18C hits WSID

13.6 @ 103 MPH 2.127 60'
Untuned, b18c2 with BC4 cams and valvetrain, small tube header, 4.2FD b16a gearset, street tyres, king springs, stock shocks and a semi gutted EG.
Second pass was the best, the bogan factor at WSID meant they HAD to have burnouts, which really impacted on the full field managing to get a decent amount of runs; i was there for 5 hrs 30 mins and managed three whole stinking runs.
Thus far the package seems to be very good, i'm quite eager to get the car up on the rollers with Dynodave in the drivers seat with his trusty old laptop.
I'll do a full review of the setup after tuning.

Because he does not give a shit about these engines and he knows the guy that did the engine and base map and said its fine to thrash it,and his next engine is about to get built.

Thats is wrong Dave. Slim had to shift into 4th gear just before the line. He ran out of RPM to play with ;).
Super long gears!

Ben we did have it on the dyno but had some fuel issue's so we then changed the pump it did not fix it so we have since played with cam timing and just done very basic road tuning this project has gone ahead thanks to the help of Buddyclub now we just need some new gear ratio's and a tune.
