I installed these Boston S55's but didnt do any sound proofing at all, they are just screwed in at the moment. (and yes, they sound crap at the moment :p)
Speaker specs = 5-1/4", 35wRMS (will run off an Amp later)
Here is the speaker at the moment (Click the picture for a large version):

1) The exterior door panel~ Should I just put a piece of Dynamat or BrownBread on the inside of the exterior door panel? Or would a liquid one such as edead or lightning audio noisekiller be better?
2) The holes in the inner door frame around and below the speaker~ whats the best material to close up the holes and around the speaker itself? Some left over dynamat/brownbread perhaps?
3) Speaker mounting~ Is it ok to screw the speakers straight to the inner door frame? Or would something like rubber grommits buffer the speaker (like I did in the picture)? I dont want to use MDF since there isnt much space, and the inner door frame is not completely flat. Perhaps I can use some leftover dynamat/brownbread between the speaker and inner frame?
4) Speaker wires~ Is it a biatch routing new speaker wires through the door cable tube? Or do you think the stock speaker wires can handle <35wRMS ok?
