What makes power is the tuning, not the ECU.

if your car is stock there is no point upgrading ur ecu

yes IMO should get basic mods first before ECU upgrade, this includes:
-intake
-headers
-exhaust
get these, upgrade ecu and tune should get good power gains

yep as Jamezy has stated upgrade your I/H/E and get the ecu, tune it and then you will be looking at better power gains.. hondata is a good choice for an ecu !

Tunable ECu will net some gains on a stock engine.
We manage to pick up a few kw's on a stock ITR motor.

A cheap Hondata S100 put into your current ECU would work fine too.
