I have placed wrx turbo injectors in my d16y4 and it seems to be running alot better like i can drive it but the only drawback is that it is using too much fuel. (black smoke blowing). And just of idle when ya put ya foot down it starts to bounce in revs (sounds like a rotary) then a little more gas and its fine. While driving tho you can tell its too much fuel because it goes then bogs down and look out the rear view mirror and see black smoke. My reg is turned all the way down and the lowest it sits on is 40psi.( ihave a bosche 901 pump) If i can get a smaller pump will this fix the problem or should i bite the bullet and go get new d16y4 injectors. or are there cheaper alternatives, or can a hondata tune that i have seen in a lot of threads fix this problem.
