ey guys im asking this question on behalf of a mate of mine

he has a prelude auto VTI-R 2001 model, he was wondering what would the vtec controller do for his automatic (triptronic) on car?

any affects?

does it do anything for automatic car's at all?

also how much are they roughly?

it does nothing trust me i know auto or manual it does jack shit unless u have the right mods and a good tune... but seriously there is no point in them...
they came out of the factory at optimum engagement point so leave it that way ;)
from some1 who had one and realised it was pointless and had to take it out...
