I'm getting a second car for my nuclear family. The FD Civic is great but we need another. As luck would have it a schoolmate is selling (what looks like) a 1999 GSi DC4, manual. It's an immaculate body, no wing, original hub caps. It's done 120K and he wants ~ $8,000 for it.
Redbook has it at $8,000 to $10,000 and maxes out at $12,000. I know the car hasn't had a timing belt (quoted $460 at dealer) put on it and he bought from a dealer for $17,000 in late 2005.
It sounds like a good deal to me.
