hey guys been doin alot of searching round but cant really find anything im after

anyway i just wanna find out some info bout different intake manifolds and throttle bodies

how do all the different types of intake manifolds compare to each other
ie skunk2 compared to blox, edelbrock victor x, teg type r, OBX, etc

the skunk2, blox, and OBX look very similar to the type r manifolds, are they higher flowing or just a replica of the type r manifold.
would it be a better or cheaper option to just go the type r manifold?, for a relatively stock motor, or would the skunk2/blox manifolds be a better option if i decide later that i want bigger cams and do more internal work??

whats the effect of having short runners and a larger plenum ie the edelbrock
victor x manifold, what would the effect of having this manifold on a relatively stock engine? im guessing more lag or loss of low down torque, but there would be a bigger gain up top???

with the TBs im guessing their all pretty much the same, are there any differences b/w brands??
also whats the effect on siz of tb

hope that all makes sense and thanks for ur help:thumbsup:
