Car Wont Start

My integra 1994 vtir wouilnt start just crank, i think its the problem with the fuel relay. anyone know how to replace the fuel relay and where is it located??

the main relay is located under the drivers side dash area , rught behind the hood release. The relay sits in a grey plastic cover , with a small lip with a 10mm bolts holding it there. IT has about 8 wires sticking out of one side.
Take it out and replace with a known good one
