So I took out my dash cluster today as I wanted to check it out for when I install my reverse gauges next week. I took the whole thing out of the dash, unplugging the 2 connecters in the back of the cluster, then proceeded to undo the little bolts on the back of the cluster that lets the actual tacho, speedo and fuel/temp gauges out of the surround.

Found it all interesting and then worked in reverse putting back everything exactly how I took them out.

Came to the point where I connected the 2 main plugs back into the rear of the cluster and put it all back in.

Now, I went to test the cluster to see if all was working again. Turned key on and tacho went to idle revs, fual gauge settled itself back down, but the temperature gauge shot right up past the red and won't come down D:

Does anyone know how to fix this? D:

pull it apart again and make sure you havnt got anything out of place. dont overtighten the screws that go into the gauges.
