anyone of you have these in your car? how does it feel , and how much shorter throw ?

the main reason i want to know which one to chose is because the Buddyclub shifter actually has bearings in the ball joint where is joins the linkage, whereas the B&M dont have? i assume you use your oem bearings?

someone please confirm this.

here is a pic of the two and what i am talking about.

I got the BC on my ride atm, nothing special just more precise shifting. I bought mine off a seller here and it came with bearings, not sure if that's the case with a brand new one though.

they both do the same thing.
so get whichever one is cheaper.
usually 30-40% shorter throw. more precise. better shift feel.

you can look up the b&m installation manual for the shifter you want on their website.

oh really so it comes with all the bearing? not just the like what its shown in the pictures? no bearing what so ever.

I bought mine second hand so the bearings were under the shifter (the cardboard where the shifter sits on can flip upwards revealing a secret part of the box omg!!!!!!)
I upgraded from a cheap taiwan made SS and the precision from 2nd to 3rd was imporved by like 10 fold, kept mis shifting with the old one, shifting felt more firmer

i c. well i am just concerned about the BM if it comes with bearing. i checked the website it shows a pic of it with some red rings. i think thats the bearings. and some grease

EDIT: i just asked some sellers in the US and one says "it comes with everything ..." so i assume it comes with bearing and grease like it shows on the BM website.

but another seller says "The shifter doesn't come with bearings or bushings. You simply would need to use your stock ones. No need to purchase new ones. I would recommend buying the Energy Polyurethane bushings for this while you are replacing your shifter. "

.....so confusing

Energy suspension shifter bushing will help to stiffen up your floppy shifter
