worth replacing???

would it be worth replacing the bumper or would/should it be cheaper to just get a panel beater to fix it??? does a civic coupe 96 model have the same bumper as a 96 sedan????

if u take it off - i rekon it would pop out if u pushed it ... paint on d other hand is another story
