Hey guys i got a noob question here about electronics.

I blew my light fuse which controls the parkers/rear driving lights/fog lights/instrument lights (basically all the lights that turn on when u flick ur light switch once.)

I opened the fuse box and took out the fuse and found that the 15A fuse was blown, but I don't have any spare 15A's in my fuse box only 20A. I need to head back out tonight and its a bit dangerous if i can't see how fast im goin and if no one can see my rear driving lights, juts wondering if it's possible/safe to put the spare 20A in place of the 15A fuse.

Thanks

yes it is possible. but dont leave it there for very long. you can run the risk of melting the insulation of your wires leaving them exposed and then shorting each other out. that is the last thing you want to happen. so get them ALL replaced with the SAME amperage rating ASAP. electrical is one thing you dont wanna be concerned about, if all you need to change is a simple fuse.

Is there a petrol station nearby? Most petrol stations stock fuses.
