Hi, i have trouble prying open the roof light of my vti-s jazz. The manul says carefully pry it open with a nail filer or a flat head screw driver. Done both, the nail filer just seems to bend and the flat head screw driver puts dents in plastic housing. Actualyl everyhting i try ruins the plastic housing, is there a way to open it? i cant even open it seems so stuck and i dont want ruin the housing anymore.

Wrap a piece of cloth over the flat head before you use it to pry it open...

flat head doesnt even see to fit into the gap, only the nail filer does, and that just bends. Its as if the lens is bolted down.....

Ceiling Light Test/Replacement
1.Turn the light switch OFF.
2.Carefully pry off the lens (A) with a small screwdriver.
