EPS Light is on

hi there a friend of mine has a s2k and the EPS light is on.. we also noticed that the steering is actually firmer and harder.. what do you guys thiank can be the problem.. we've checked fuses.. and all wiring.. seems to be fine..

do any of you guys have had the same experience in the past?? or know of the resolution..

take it to a dealer, they'll check the system for codes

why dont you check the EPS system for fault codes, then we can help you more.

When the EPS lights on = No power steering hence the firmer/ harder turning.

Check your power steering fluids.... hahah jokes

You can always try and reset the ECU, check the wires/cables to the EPS box is ok... else bring it into the service.

welll the cars been sitting there untouched but finally got some time to getting around to check it out.. it turns out the EPS control unit box fingy.. that is next to brake fluid reservoir is cooked.. lol..took mine out plugged it straight into the other car.. workin 100% fine..
