LSD problem

Ok, I got ripped off by someone on these forums (who I won't mention). But I was meant to get a ITR final drive and a [acronym:ce12801730="Limited Slip Differential"]LSD[/acronym:ce12801730] for my EK4. In the end I got no final drive (Which I am still waiting my money back, its been months) and I got a [acronym:ce12801730="Limited Slip Differential"]LSD[/acronym:ce12801730] made for the ITR/CTR.

I tried to fit this [acronym:ce12801730="Limited Slip Differential"]LSD[/acronym:ce12801730] onto my EK4 when I had it and it did not fit, something about the holes to attatch it to the final drive not lining up. (Or drive gear as my mechanic said, I think its the same)

But what I want to know is: I have a ED civic which is getting a engine and gearbox out of a 90-93 Integra B16, with cable clutch gearbox. If I grabbed a early model final drive from a ITR/CTR (I want to keep the final drive ratio the same so I beleive the early model ITR, or any CTR is 4.4) will this final drive fit into my gearbox and will the [acronym:ce12801730="Limited Slip Differential"]LSD[/acronym:ce12801730] fit too? Or am I totally on the wrong track here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I dont want to loose more money selling this one off and buying another one.

the lsd won't fit in the cable box

also CTR all yrs are 4.4
96-98 ITR is 4.4, after is 4.7

Tanghy is correct.
I got a ITR'00 gearbox with 4.785FD and [acronym:a4a7602fd2="Limited Slip Differential"]LSD[/acronym:a4a7602fd2] off him.
It fitted perfectly into my EK4 :) - direct swap.

i've asked this same question in an older thread relating to LSD's.... ITR lsd cannot be used in S1/Y1/YS1 gearbox ie cable g/box.

ekslut : what gearbox you have ? i think the YS1, S1/J1 have 4.4 FD & Y1 / YS1 had optional lsd.

Thanks bizee_1 and others. By the sounds of things it seems like my LSD will not fit in no matter what I do, unless anyone else can tell me otherwise.
