if u mean the D15B found on EG4, then yea, both put out round 130bhp. but D15B prodcues 6 less torque which is barely anything at all really...

err... there are 6 variations of D15B, be more specific.

im sure he's referring to the jdm d15b vtec one...

but imo, i'd go for the zc mpfi motor...more tunability with a dual cam

i all ready have a DOCH ZC engine in my CRX but it's got about 200000 k's on it and i feel that something is wrong with the engine it's got less power. haven't checked the oil pressure and stuff. but a friend thinks that one of the pistons doesn't have enough compression.

the D15B has low k's on it. and it'll cost about $200 for the engine.

which one you gays recommend now.

B15B = 3 stage vtec. It has 2 vtec solenoids on it. Much better fuel consumption than a ZC.

Fixed :).

I have a dohc ZC and would prefer it over a single cam 1.5L vtec. I prefer the way it builds power, and i find it has more torque lower in the RPM for more driveability.
