rear bumper if its a hatch then it will fit on all hatches. its only the front end of the car thats different (with hatch)

if ur talkin abt a coupe, then yes a 99-00 model civic will fit an EJ8. Because i have one on already on my EJ8 so yeahs no difference. just different year gives the car a different look...
