A few random questions.

Oil change, and you left the oil flusher in til the car cools down;
Any engine problems or other technical stuff?

Silly to use an engine oil flush.

no it just cleans the engine and the carbon buildup is supose to be picked up by the oil.

BY THE WAY,
What about Oil filters, are they all generic (If the oil filter is genuine from honda?)
Or are they specific to engine types etc.

Oil filters are usually designed to meet the application, so considering this there are usually certain sizes to suit each engine type. By coincidence some oil filters suit other motors of different make.
You can purchase a genuine oil filter from Honda Parts section or you can get an aftermarket filter such as Ryco , Valvoline or Hamp etc from Autobarn which are made to suit all makes of vehicles.
After it had cooled down, how long did you leave the flush additive in for? How much flush per litre of engine oil did you use?
If you ran it again til hot, then dumped the oil along with engine flush it should be fine.

The flusher was apparently left in for about 3-4 hours.
And im not too sure if the guys dumped it when its hot again.
As I was already home.
but these questions interest me, for a 'what if this happens blah blah' situation.

Oil flush has the viscosity of diesel fuel. It's very thin. And you are running your engine for a bit with the flush, so you are risking some wear there. Next, the little bits of carbon and dirt will get into bearing clearances.
You don't need an oil flush to change between oils. You can go from mineral to synthetic and vice versa as long as they are the correct viscosity.
If you still want to flush, then flush with a bottle of engine oil for a week. Not with something the consistency of water that you "expect" to protect the engine from wear for that few minutes of idling.
