Alright guys, Ive just checked my ITR and its pretty much what Ive thought from the start, I have some shitty muffler which isn't fitted on properly and sometimes vibrates and buzzes when I am in low rpms, pissing me off big time, so I decided I wanna get it changed asap. My question to you guys is what would be a decent exhaust system to get.

all comes down to money mate...

you can get a mugen one for $13xx odd...

or you could get a Buddyclub prospec...( i think thats the quietest) for $9xx ish....

or you could get a custom one made up for like $500....

another possibility is search through our traders...they'll have afew options for you...

most JDM brand exhausts for DC2R will be 60mm in diameter.....so if you go custom try and get the same as them....their research and development has to count for something ay!

if your interested in second hand parts....PM BT-Revolution and they can help you with that...

i have HKS fitted on my DC2R...

$1000 will get you something nice second hand no worries

Should also be able to get you an exhaust out of the Buddyclub range..

Good luck either way,

Let us know how you go

if you added a silencer or another silencer onto the exhaust does this take away any of the power? I seam to think it may reduce power
Anyone out there know?

lots of traders sell em now, they stick out a little bit on the DC2R's, although i'm sure it can be cut... i'm running 5zigen Miracle Fireball, sits nicely and very light

have to agree with technify
vision N1 is perfect for daily, compared to buddy club you wont get out of the car after a good drive without being able to hear anything.
not too loud even on WOT and pretty quiet on idle.

I got the Apexi N1, its design is very similar to the Vision N1.
It is hella loud when combining it with a 2.5inch extractor as well. It can set off car alarms and at idle it has a nice rumble.
If you do a lot of long distance driving then this exhaust isn't for you, but as a daily city driver it is perfect. Turns head everywhere you go. hahah
