How slight?
why try? better be safe than sorry!
depends what slight is.....some people perceptions are bad
Otherwise no if its SLIGHT just chuck somthing under the wheels to make sure it dont go somwhere if u put it on the ramp
For jacking onto stands well if the slope is putting the car on an angle then no....but if the slope is slight ull b right as my driveway has a slight slope aswell but id go the ramp option as i cant see ur slope
if you have ANY doubt then dont bother...as Dy__ said better be safe

Slight means you can't tell it was a slope without using a spirit level. So use the ramps.

my driveway (the local council section of my driveway outside my gate) doesn't have a huge slope on it like other houses can have but i wouldn't jack up my car on that as the car would not sit on the stands right as far as i can see.
so if you are referring to a slope like that then no, i wouldn't advise you to jack your car on a slope like that.

i wouldnt recommend it at all ... i did it .... my car fell .. luckily i had d tyres under d car ..... but it was scary as - if your thinkin of goin under d car - dats suicide straight up ... but ithink u said u usin stands ... but still NOT ON A SLOPE ...
just park on d road n do it or at some one elses house ....
honestly its not worth the risk
