Well i was on ebay the other night and i picked up a kit for my car for US$1.25... word!

i'd say maybe $1000 ?

its $340 to ship locally so international would be a fair chunk more.

nice buy though if u get it all for around $1200 shipped.

I got a quote for shipping through Australia Post for $120 (via sea freight) and one though USPS (US post) for US$160 (6-10 day delivery)

It sounds a bit dodgy cause the seller only accept money order, i prefer to buy from a seller that accept paypal for the payment.

Well done but did you ask for a shipping quote before u bid?

Did they confirm that they will send it to Australia?

Last time I checked AusPost also has a size limit on boxes that can be shipped.

For $1200 I would have thought you could get a locally made replica (and at least have some recourse if it didnt fit). If this doesnt fit what are you going to do with it?

We haven't got any replica of kenstyle kit in australia, so far i only know 3 euros that using kenstyle and all of them in melbourne (one of them just crashed the front bumper in an accident).

perhaps hes got someone in the states who can pick it up locally and then have it sent.

i think hes just wasted $1.25 USD + gained 1 neg feedback.

The only reason the Seller is able to sell it so low (you'll even see some kits for $50-$100 'buy it now') is that they massively mark up on the postage. That way they have to pay less in fees to eBay (calculated on a % of the sale price, not postage). I'd be very surprised if you get the kit landed in Australia for less than $1000.

Hey Jason, a friend of mine (not kitbkk) is selling his kenstyle bodykit, do you want it? It's off from black euro as well so you don't have to spend more $$ on painting.

You can always ask them if they will ship to australia and the appropriate postage costs.
