Looking for some new wheels...

Question about wheel width? Do i need to find wheels that stick to the stock 7.5 width? I found some wheels i like.. 18" x 8.5. Does anyone know if it will fit? or does that mean the wheel will stick out by 1.5 ?

play around with this.

it will tell you how much new wheels are sticking out or sitting in comparing to the old ones. obviously you will need to know the offsets of the wheels as well.
offset is the distance between the middle point of the width to the inner wheel hub. Sorry about my FOB english. Hope it helps.

you must looking as well with the offset of the wheels.if the offset around +42 to +45 and the widht 8.5, i think should be ok.i used 19 inch with 8"(front) + 8.5"(rear) and my offset is +45.

So there was no rubbing or any other related issues ?? How often do you replace tires on a 19"...people tell me I will need to replace them like every few months even when driving normally... expensive tires as well?

18*8.5 with any offset between +43 to high 40s should be fine without rolling guards:thumbsup:
