Injectors

I have just had my 160000km service done which included replacing the fuel filter etc, the fuel filter was heaps dirty and the machanic showed me and he said it hadn't been replaced in ages.
Is it worth me to get my injectors cleaned properly ?

you don't have to, but you can do it if you want.
