I am leaning towards Mobile Synergy 8000 which is 98 octance its only 11 cents difference from 91 octance
I was thinking about vpower racing but dont like the ethonal idea. I will try out BP ultimate whhich is 98 octane as well

Wil update on the results of the difference in power and the km's
thinking of doing the royal national park drive this sunday all the way to kiama for some nice fish and chips

With BP ultimate I get close to 400km, but that depends on my driving, sometimes it's a bit over but most of the time it's around 380km (that's when my fuel light goes on)

Same here. But most times I reach over 400km

V power is dodgey so absolutely everyone who knows something about cars tell me.

They say the 98 BP or the Mobil stufff

If I fill up on cheap fuel day I'll get the vpower racing, but otherwise I'm not fussy with petrol brand as long as it's 98ron.
I usually get over 500kms a tank, but I drive like a sissy as my tyres are on the way out.

I only use BP Ultimate.
Tried Shell Vpower but that shit left black debris on the end of my muffler.
V Power Racing is too expensive for the extra .2 octane level.

Update on the fuel situation...
So far after driving around through royal national park to wollongong through stanwell... then onto kiama and back so far have 560kms with just below a 1/4 tank left...
this is with me changing gears at betweem 2.5rm to 4 rpm
never engaged vtec (dont know how to LOL)

haha what a waste.....coming back from w'gong to syd, via the national park.. i was on either 3rd or 4th the whole way ripping around the bends at 70km/ph and hitting vtec on the over takes, wasted half tank on 170ish km..
those bends are there to be taken hard......

Just mash the throttle and go past 6000rpm. Watch the speed limit. You don't want to lose your license. Don't do it if you see a cop car, the new legislation allows them to take your car away if they "suspect" you were racing (even if you are a single car on an empty road).

SIT AT THE LIGHTS HOLD YOUR CLUTCH IN AND REV IT TO ABOUT 5-6RPM AND THEN DROP YOUR CLUTCH AND ACCELERATE ALL THE WAY U CANT MISS YOUR VTEC THEN MATE

If you are still learning and not used to manual, then wait until you get better. Otherwise, just go past 6000rpm in any gear full throttle. Make sure you stay under the speed limit.

Also, if you have the filter in the stock box you probably couldnt really hear it. You can take the top cover off, then you'll definitely hear it :p
Have fun buddy, VTAK YO... !!!
