Any recommendations on the above price range? Need something half decent for track/street. Been using EBC green stuff, what to try something else.

hes referring to track use so im guessing fronts only stock rear ones should do.

Project Mu NR, but that will break your budget. You can try the Project Mu B-Spec, they are similar to Endless SSS.

Here are some Endless and Project Mu brake pad specs that I collected. Might have some errors, but at least you can compare specs: http://aaronng.ozhonda.com/temp/Brake%20pad%20specs.htm

I suggest these guys for 500*C DiscTech pads @ ~$40:
http://www.eai.net.au/

They also now have the 700*C pads.

I tried their 500*C pads on slotted rotors in a gtir brake setup on my NX coupe... very good pads for the price and Aussie made!!!

They use Bendix part numbers for easy reference plus they have all the benefits of Ultimates minus the dust/squeal.

EBC red?

very similar to the ds2500 ($250 for dc2r) but cheaper.

Or the Bendix Ultimate that would be under $200 also.

Look into some Endless, Mu project or even Spoon brake pads.

Yuck, I'd go for the DS2500... EBC red will eat the rotors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

can you get the ds2000's? I had them on the front of my GT Forester and they were very good once bedded in. I'd done a lot of circuit with them and didn't experience fade - unless your still bedding them on the track - learnt that lesson :p

Not sure if this forum does group buys, perhaps it might be worth seeing what 10sets cost and who's keen to participate?? I paid about half that price for the subaru's fronts in a group buy.

ive tried the project mu ns... endless sss and bendix ultimate .. i dont think project mu ns is good for track if your are a heavy braker... i have them on my eg vti with slotted rotors and they were pretty good no fade on the track...

endless sss is pretty good but pricey

bendix ultimate are not too bad but need slotted rotors.
